NHS England is responsible for managing the NHS England Medical Performers List. They have advised that they do not collect or record data which identifies the average time to change the status of a doctor from general practitioner (GP) registrar to qualified GP. NHS England have confirmed that any delays in processing the change of status will not impact on a doctors’ ability to see patients, as they are already on the list.
