Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if he will detail all policies or guidance which his Department has developed or issued which have been subject to an equality impact assessment since 2010; and what the outcome of those assessments was.

Being able to analyse the impact of our policies on particular groups is a fundamental part of good policy-making which the Department undertakes. However, collating information on all the policies and guidance which the Department has developed or issued which have been subject to an equality impact assessment since 2010, could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
