Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what assessment he has made of the potential merits of reusing prescribed medication in blister packs which has been dispensed but not used.

The Government does not promote the reuse of prescribed medication in blister packs, which has been dispensed but not used, as it is not possible to guarantee the quality of such medicines by physical inspection alone.
