Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what discussions he has had with the Chancellor of the Exchequer on options for incentivising cycling through the tax system in order to double the number of cycling journeys.

The Secretary of State for Transport has had no discussions with the Chancellor of the Exchequer on options for incentivising cycling through the tax system.
