Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:

To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, how many claimants made calls longer than (a) one and (b) two hours on non-Freephone lines relating to their claim for benefit for each Departmental benefit in the last year; and what the duration of the 50 longest telephone calls to each Departmental telephone line in the last five years was.
