Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, what assessment his Department has made of the effect on driver access to LPG pumps of the proposed removal of such pumps from some petrol stations.
It is a commercial decision for fuel suppliers and retailers whether to provide pumps dispensing Liquefied Petroleum Gas (LPG). The Department has not made an assessment of the current location of LPG pumps which drivers may access. Drivers of LPG vehicles can obtain information on filling stations supplying LPG in their area from fuel retailers or the trade association UKLPG.
