Question to the Department for Education:

To ask the Secretary of State for Education, how many special guardianship orders were made in respect of children who were (a) under one year old, (b) one to four years old, (c) five to nine years old, (d) 10 to 15 years old and (e) 16 years old and above on 31 March 2016.

The number of children who ceased to be looked after due to the granting of a special guardianship order during the year ending 31 March 2016, is shown in the table below1,2,3.
