Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Culture, Media and Sport, when she plans to publish an impact assessment for the National Citizen Service Bill [HL].
This question was answered on 1st November 2016
The NCS Bill is focused on the transformation of the Trust into a Royal Charter body. Given that all costs association with this transition will be directly funded by government, an impact assessment will not be required.
