Question to the HM Treasury:
To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, if he will publish a list of all secondees to (a) his Department and (b) HM Revenue and Customs from (i) PwC, (ii) Deloitte, (iii) Ernst and Young, (iv) KPMG and (v) other consulting firms in the last three financial years; and what the role was of each of those secondees.
As has been the case under successive administrations, the Treasury benefits from secondees from a wide variety of organisations.
It is not possible to provide the names or current role of individual secondees, as to do so could breach data protection guidelines. However, information relating to the number of secondees to HM Treasury is as follows:
