Question to the Ministry of Justice:
To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many offenders have participated in an out-of-court restorative justice resolution on more than one occasion.
As I said during my appearance before the Justice Select Committee on 24 May, there is a difference between restorative justice and out of court disposals. Restorative justice is not a disposal in its own right, however, it can be used in conjunction with community resolution or a conditional caution.
As stated in the previous response to these questions (PQ 36186 and PQ 36189), the information requested could only be obtained at disproportionate cost.
