Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if he will suspend all work on High Speed Two for 12 months in response to the covid-19 outbreak.

The Government will do whatever is necessary to deal with Covid-19 now and will also continue to invest in the country’s future infrastructure.
