The Schools Adjudicator reports annually to the Secretary of State on school admissions. Her most recent report, published on 17 December 2015, takes account of the impact school admission arrangements may have on parents’ ability to navigate the admissions process. We are giving careful consideration to the findings of this report in our current review of the School Admissions Code and will conduct a full public consultation in due course.
