Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, wnat documentation officials at the border have been instructed to accept as proof of (a) settled status and (b) pre-settled status for EU nationals arriving in the UK after 31 October 2019.

It has not proved possible to respond to the Hon Member in the time available before Prorogation.
