Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what guidance NHS England has issued to NHS bodies in England on the implementation of the National Health Service (Charges to Overseas Visitors) Regulations 2015, as amended.

The Department has issued guidance and resources to providers of National Health Service funded secondary care that sets out the rules and best practice to follow for the effective and consistent implementation of the NHS charging regulations.
