Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what progress his Department has made on the commitment made in the loneliness strategy to launch an online social prescribing platform for commissioners and practitioners.

NHS England has launched the online social prescribing platform for commissioners and practitioners which includes templates, resources and facilitates regional communities of practice. Further information can be found at the following link:
