Statistics on adult and community learning from Skills Funding Agency grant funding in each local authority are published online in the Revenue Outturn Specific and Special Revenue Grants (RG), which are available at the following link:

http://www.gov.uk/government/collections/local-authority-revenue-expenditure-and-financing

Note that this is the level of funding from this specific grant but will not necessarily represent the full level of expenditure for adult learning within the local authority.

Data is not currently available for 2014-15 and is not available at parliamentary constituency level.
