Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, when the review on the functioning of community rehabilitation companies was completed; and what the main recommendations of that review were.

We have carried out a comprehensive review of the probation system to make sure that it is reducing reoffending, protecting the public and preventing future victims. The review concluded in April and we are taking forward work to improve probation services as a result. We will provide an update shortly.
