We have been working directly with the Welsh Government and the other Devolved Administrations at Ministerial and official level to minimise any disruption in the event of the UK leaving the EU without an agreement. It is the UK Government’s priority to secure an agreement, however whilst there is still a risk of the UK leaving without a deal it is prudent to prepare for all scenarios. Most recently, on 24 June 2019, the Minister of State for Agriculture, Fisheries and Food met with Ministers from the Devolved Administration to discuss preparations for a no deal exit from the EU.
