Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 20 June 2019 to Question 265525 on Buildings: Insulation, which materials referred to in the Written Statement of 1 May 2019, Official Report HCWS1533, have now been tested; and whether those tests have uncovered an immediate public safety concern.

A full picture of the outcomes of the tests can only be provided following a detailed analysis of all the test data. We expect this analysis to be completed in the summer and we will publish the conclusions of the programme thereafter.

As agreed with the Independent Expert Advisory Panel none of the tests undertaken so far have uncovered the need for immediate public safety concern.
