The most recent Civilian Enforcement Officer to be appointed to Her Majesty’s Courts and Tribunal Service commenced employment on the 30th June 2008.

HMCTS will soon commence the process of re-procuring existing Approved Enforcement Agency contracts to secure continuity of approved enforcement services to assist with the collection of financial impositions. As part of the re-tendering process a decision was made to explore the possibility of extending the existing provision and implementing contracts to cover all Civilian Enforcement Officer functions.
