As is standard practice, the Department took external legal advice on the establishment of Supply Chain Coordination Limited, which became fully operational on 1 April 2019.

Neither the Department or Supply Chain Coordination Limited are aware of any National Health Service trust or NHS foundation trust that has taken any legal advice in respect of a state aid regulations relating to Supply Chain Coordination Limited.
