The Home Office has undertaken a range of activity to identify those affected through the work of the Taskforce and further system sampling including further work in light of the recommendations by Mr Singh. The Department will continue to consider if there are any additional steps that can be taken to identify individuals effected.

Anyone who thinks they have been affected should contact the Home Office: https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/use-of-dna-evidence-in-immigration-applications
