Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what estimate his Department has made of the average cost to the police of conducting a homicide investigation.

The Home Office has estimated the average cost to the police for dealing with and investigating a homicide was £11,960 in 2015/16.
