Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, when he expects the lessons learned investigation across Whitehall co-ordinated by the National Security Adviser to report.

The Government has received the report of Public Administration and Constitutional Affairs Committee on the Iraq Inquiry, and will be responding in due course, setting out the lessons learned.
