Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether his Department adheres to the findings of the employment appeal tribunal ruling in the case of Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council v. Mr G Willetts to ensure that voluntary overtime is included in holiday pay.

The Department is in discussions with the unions to ensure that terms and conditions are aligned with the ruling.
