To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what declarations of interest in relation to Varian Medical Systems have been made by Radiotherapy Clinical Reference Group member, Carol Scott.

NHS England has confirmed that Carol Scott, a member of the Radiotherapy Clinical Reference Group, has made a declaration of interest in relation to Varian Medical Systems. The Radiotherapy Clinical Reference Group, including Carol Scott, is not involved in making procurement decisions.
