To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what the average time taken has been by the Home Office Landlords Helpline between receipt of a call to the conclusion of the enquiries from each local authority area in each month since its inception.
The average waiting time for a customer is six seconds and average call length duration is 3 minutes 29 seconds since the Landlords Helpline opened on 3 September 2014. The geographical source of each enquiry is not broken down into local authority area.
