Access to Work provides comprehensive guidance and training to staff working with Access to Work claimants and recipients.

Access to Work does not have a specialist team that focuses on customers with high cost support packages but does have teams covering Hearing Loss, Sight Loss, Self Employment and Mental Health/fluctuating conditions. All advisers assess cases appropriately and award decisions are made based on the customer’s disability need.
