Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, how many people received criminal convictions for breaching a railway byelaw under Schedule 20 of the Transport Act 2000 in (a) 2014, (b) 2013 and (c) 2012.

The British Transport Police have provided the table below which shows the number of offenders who have been convicted for breaching Railway Byelaw offences 1-23 for calendar years 2012, 2013 and 2014.
