Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, when he plans to complete his review of the treatment of people accused by ETS of cheating in English language tests.
I refer to my previous answer to question 163106.
In relation to reviewing live ongoing litigation we continue to work closely with applicants and the Courts to progress each individual case.
Where people have made a Human Rights claim this will be considered and even if refused will generate an in country right of appeal (unless the claim is clearly unfounded).
