Question to the Cabinet Office:

To ask the Minister for the Cabinet Office, what proportion of UK mortality was directly linked to (a) obesity, (b) smoking, (c) insufficient fruit and vegetables in diet, (d) inactivity and (e) alcohol in each of the last four years.
