Housing Associations: Finance

Question to the Department for Levelling Up, Housing & Communities:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, when the Government plans to consult on ways to increase the borrowing capacity of housing associations in relation to the valuation of properties transferred from local authorities.
This question was answered on 3rd February 2015
The Government intends to issue a consultation document in due course.
