Each local offer must include information about the provision the local authority expects to be available in its area for children and young people who have special educational needs or a disability and the provision it expects to be available outside its area for children and young people for whom it is responsible.

The provision to be included comprises education, health and care provision; other educational provision; training provision; arrangements for travel to and from schools and post-16 institutions and provision to assist in preparing children and young people for adulthood and independent living.

All Local Authorities have published their local offer in accordance with such requirements.
