The UK is committed to its obligations under the Arms Trade Treaty (ATT). The Treaty encourages States to record imports, but does not create an obligation to do so. Therefore we do not consider that there is an obligation subsequently to report on imports. We regularly review our approach and do not plan changes at this time. We regularly discuss reporting with other ATT signatories at official level, most recently at the ATT Working Groups in late January.
