2017-18 DWP figures (excluding executive agencies and non-Ministerial Departments) for cases lodged with an Employment Tribunal, which include an element of disability discrimination, are as follows: cases withdrawn -12; cases dismissed or struck out - 8; cases settled - 21; cases won, having progressed to a full hearing - 6; cases lost having progressed to a full hearing - 9; cases as yet unresolved -18.
