Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, what proportion of extraditions of (a) British nationals and (b) other persons sought from the UK under a European Arrest Warrant were barred for reason of incompatibility with Convention rights in each of the last five years.

Information on the reasons why Arrest Warrants have been refused by the courts, including on Human Rights grounds, is not held centrally.
