There is a general expectation on Universal Credit claimants subject to work search and work availability requirements to look for full-time work. These requirements can be limited as set out in Regulation 97 of the Universal Credit Regulations 2013. Work-related requirements on claimants under Universal Credit will be tailored to the needs, experience and circumstances of the individual.
