Question to the Department for International Development:
To ask the Secretary of State for International Development, if she will make it her policy to allocate additional funding at the 6th replenishment of the Global Fund in October 2019.
The Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria is critical to the delivery of the UK’s objectives on the three diseases, and has helped to save 27 million lives since 2002. The UK is fully committed to a successful Sixth Replenishment and we look forward to reviewing the full investment case before making a decision about our next programme of support.
