Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, which film productions claimed a tax rebate from the Government for production costs in the UK; and how much tax was so claimed back in each year since 2010.

HM Revenue and Customs is unable to disclose information on specific film productions claiming the Film Tax Relief due to HM Revenue and Customs’ duty of confidentiality.

The table below shows the value of Film Tax Relief claims paid by financial year since 2010-11. The latest available outturn statistics are for 2012-13.
