To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether he can facilitate a meeting between the hon. It would be inappropriate for the Secretary of State to intervene regarding these matters as there are separate statutory processes for dealing with complaints. In particular, the Local Government and Social Care Ombudsman has extensive powers to address individuals’ concerns if the organisation has failed to satisfy the constituent so far.
