Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, with reference to the Answer of 10 October 2017 to Question 901025 on NHS: Homeopathy, what assessment NICE has made of the clinical effectiveness of homeopathy services for patients.
The National Institute for Health and Care Excellence has made a number of recommendations in clinical guidelines that do not support the use of homeopathy in a range of clinical settings, including lower urinary tract symptoms in men, atopic eczema in under 12s and inducing labour.
