Correspondence received by NHS England is dealt with in line with standard procedure, which is to direct the correspondence to the correct organisation to respond.

Correspondence about a clinical commissioning group (CCG) commissioned service is directed to the relevant CCG to respond.

The Department would expect all National Health Service organisations to give correspondence due consideration and reply within appropriate timescales.
