As with all labour providers in the agricultural sector, the scheme operators for the Seasonal Workers Pilot will be required to be fully licensed by the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority. No bespoke licencing arrangements are required.
Full details of how the seasonal workers pilot will operate will be announced in due course. Ensuring the protection and wellbeing of participating migrant workers is of primary importance .

We are working with the Gangmasters and Labour Abuse Authority to ensure that we get this right.
