Question to the Ministry of Justice:

To ask the Secretary of State for Justice, how many offenders in Wales convicted for indictable offences had a previous criminal history in each year from 2013 to 2017.

3) Figures may exclude those who have a previous criminal history other than convictions or cautions recorded on the PNC (e.g. penalty notices for disorder, non-recordable offences not on the PNC)

4) Cases prosecuted by a police force in the Wales region (Dyfed-Powys, Gwent, North Wales, South Wales)
