To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether he plans to attend board meetings of the NHS Shared Business Service.

NHS Shared Business Services Ltd. is jointly owned by Sopra Steria Limited and the Department.

The Secretary of State for Health and Social Care is represented at Board meetings by Shareholder Directors appointed by the Department. The Secretary of State carries out his duties and attends meetings in the way he feels he can best serve the role.
