Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, how the Government plans to participate after the UK has left the EU in (a) EU Directive 2018/822 and (b) other agreements that facilitate the disclosure of information pertaining to cross-border tax arrangements.

The UK is implementing this Directive as would be required by the terms of the Implementation Period. After leaving the EU, the UK will continue to participate in a wide range of information exchange agreements and will remain committed to all global tax transparency standards.
