NHS England is working on tools for access to primary care for patients and carers, which is aimed at the Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities as well as other identified groups. NHS England will be involving members of these communities in this work to create information that helps patients, carers and front line social care and voluntary and community sector staff understand access to primary medical services. Once published, there will be targeted engagement to ensure the Gypsy, Roma and Traveller communities are aware of the tool, and how to use it.
