The Department has requested a number of pharmaceutical industry representative bodies and manufacturers sign non-disclosure agreements (NDAs). By signing NDAs the Department is able to talk to the industry in confidence so that we can be clear when we go out to the whole industry our advice and any requests of them are clear, appropriate and deliverable.

A copy of the draft template for these NDA agreements is attached.
