The Government has put passengers at the centre of the development of the Aviation Strategy. The Government recognises that it is important for the needs of all passengers, including those with less obvious disabilities such as hearing loss, to be addressed by airlines. Assistance for passengers with this and other hidden disabilities will be considered as part of the work on the strategy.
