To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, what estimate he has made of the number of days of sick leave taken by staff in his Department for mental health reasons in each year since 2010.

The number of days sick leave taken by staff for absences related to mental health in this department in each calendar year since 2010 is outlined below. These figures are based on the World Health Organisation’s (WHO) definition of mental health related absence.
